The Vibrancy Of That Night Before- A Poem By Tadashi

The Vibrancy of that Night Before

By Tadashi @tadashiswave

My prescription are closed eyes

to envision this paintings clearer vision.

Pink skies are a deadly prison for a lover’s reminiscing.

Add to this the deadly POISON of distance.

The melody is sadder when you miss them.

It is at such a time this was written, for the hopes of my absent love will listen while my mind glistens and I tour •

The vibrancy of that night before...

There was a light on that dark night not provided by a fixture. A mixture of elegance and beauty were evident elements. These created the brighter picture.

Alas!

There I stood amongst a wounded angel. Radiant despite the plastered ankle. She was a master of motion, movement mimicking the smoothest wave.

I reached —

She received.

I believed I had touched fire as the warmth of her hand churns chilled somber seas. I yearn for a brighter ignited fire such as these.

And so I face my greatest fear

And place my hand behind her ear

Her grace as our noses touch

A princesses blush is the greatest royal flush her smile silences the sounds I hear.

The speakers turn to ambience

as us, the seekers of love in an infinite of transience

Connect our lips, an angels bliss

as heavens kiss conclude the lovers dalliance.

My eyes open and I awake as the past

Pitter patters breaks and shatters,

the present me I want her to take.

The memories galore I want to make.

So I lay in seclusion

Seduced by the illusion

Of our amour •

The vibrancy of that night before...
