Being Mixed: A Visual Guide On Mixed Identity by Beth Chin

I was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and was seventeen when I took my first position as a graphic designer. Growing up in a multiracial family, I overcame language and culture barriers from a very young age through other forms of expression. My fascination for the arts and communication continued with my studies in communications and my international work within public and social art. This year, I founded the All Related multi-racial, ethnic, and cultural community project, which wishes to dissolve struggles associated with the question of belonging by creating a platform through art to communicate, create, and provide a basic need for community and family.
